We now have a cPanel 64 bit template available for you to install in your control panel.
You just need to login to the control panel and change your operating system to the cPanel template by clicking on the "Rebuild" link and then selecting the centos-x86_64-cPanel template.
Then once your VPS has been rebuild with the cPanel template, you can log into cpanel at:
https://IPADDRESS:2087 (replace IPADDRESS with the IP address of your VPS.
With root as your username and your root password.
