We have a new IP subnet available.  If you would like additional IPs added to your VPS in this new subnet, please contact support and we will add them to your VPS.

VM4 - Network Card Flapping

The network card on VM4 starting flapping which caused packet loss to VM4.  We immediately replaced the network card on VM4 and the server is now back online.  If you have a VPS on this node that is not responding, please log into HyperVM and reboot it or contact support and we can reboot it for you.

VM2 file system errors

We had some file system errors on vm2.  We fixed these errors and then moved all the users off this server until we can find the source of this problem.

Nagios 64 bit template available

We have a Nagios template available in the control panel for our users to install on their VPS.  This is built on a 64 bit CentOS platform.  Please contact support if you install this template for instructions on how to change the default passwords.  This template is labeled as: centos-5-x64_64-Nagios_3-2-0.

64 Bit PBX In A Flash template available

We have a new 64 bit PBX In A Flash template available for users to install.  This contains PBX In A Flash 4.1 and Asterisk 1.6.  This template is called: centos-5-x64_64-PBXFlash14A16.

cPanel 64 Bit template now available

We now have a cPanel 64 bit template available for you to install in your control panel.

You just need to login to the control panel and change your operating system to the cPanel template by clicking on the "Rebuild" link and then selecting the centos-x86_64-cPanel template.

Then once your VPS has been rebuild with the cPanel template, you can log into cpanel at:
https://IPADDRESS:2087 (replace IPADDRESS with the IP address of your VPS.
With root as your username and your root password.

TeamVPS Blog now online

We have created this new blog to keep our customers updated on the developments and maintenance issues at TeamVPS.  As we add new features, we will post them on this blog.  We will also post with any scheduled maintenance or emergency maintenance.  We have decided to use this median for posting of maintenance issues because this blog will stay up even if we have a network-wide outage.
